Chronic Lower Back Pain

80% of us suffer from lower back pain at some time in our life. I have trained specifically to work towards strengthening your lower back to lessen or free you of your pain so you can live a normal life.

Pre + Post Natal

Just because you have fallen pregnant doesn’t mean you have to stop exercising however it is essential you do the right exercises. I have trained to make sure you are exercising in a safe way to protect your baby and keep you healthy throughout your pregnancy. Once the baby is born, it is just as important for you to carry on doing exercise on a regular basis so together we will work out a plan for you to follow helping you achieve your goals.

GP Referral

Certain medical conditions require more specific training to ensure the client is safe while carrying out any exercise. I have trained so you can be referred via your doctor to make sure you carry out your exercises in a safe and proper manner.

Boxercise

Boxercise is a great form of exercise and can be done in a class or on a one to one basis. Excellent for cardiovascular fitness, toning your arms and a general all over body workout.

Nutrition Advice

If you have any questions regarding your diet then we can discuss your daily food intake and how to change your diet without stopping all the foods you enjoy.
